As we continue our transition into our new facility, payouts will be temporarily delayed during the week of Thursday, May 21.
During this time, we will be relocating key shipment processing equipment into the new building, as well as completing upgrades to our computers and software systems. These improvements are an important step toward increasing efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality.
Payouts will resume the following week on May 28.
Additionally, Chris will be taking a few well-deserved days off during this transition period to help ensure everything is set up properly for the future.
