 Post subject: 2 Ways to Classify?

Is this considered high peripheral or considered a non sata board? Please help to categorize? Thank you...!!!

These are older logic boards from old Pentium(x) desktop units.
I have a bunch of these that I broke down from those desktop slim units that fold open, to two sides.
I want to assume they will be High Tele, I'm unsure about the High grade SATA, which the board is not from a hard drive but a high grade peripheral attachment; but it's filled with goodies. It's on my list to ask Chris where exactly it falls.

This also might be the processing unit for the computer now that I think of it. It might class as an actual CPU.
