Looks like backplane.
Backplane uses a standardised set of pins for connectors.
Vs
Pin board tends to be used for BTO and prototype use with thicker heavier high grade pins.
Vs
Wire wrap pin board is a major jump again with much thicker GM or RG thickness level plating and longer and thicker still pins for wrapping wire ends.
