In the attached picture, board 1 was graded as Low Grade. That would make this first board Low Grade as well. The second board should be good for High Grade Peripheral if you remove those two big components hanging off the left side of the board. It would probably be a good idea to see if you could rip off those two metal structures, too.

Those 2 big components hanging off the side are actually IC chip. Should I still remove them? I will see if I can get the metal off the board itself. Thank you.

If they're IC chips, then you should leave them on.
