 Post subject: High peripheral?

Location: Southern part of Illinois, USA
All of the pictures are of the same board, just different views to show the IC's in the metal box. Is this just high peripheral or anything higher? What if I remove the coax metal box? Also, the pins in the black connector appear to be gold plated. Nearly half the weight is actually in the higher IC population side as well (not sure if that makes any difference).

If you removed the metal coax boxes the boards would still be High Grade Peripheral.
