After removing all the heatsinks, I think you should have no problem getting high grade peripheral on these.

What about the transformer thing will it need removed also?

Not on these. That trans is small (doesn't add much weight and that's what matters) and the "good" population is enough to counter it. It's pretty much almost always a "good" weight vs "bad" weight equation. Were the "good" weight = IC's, Tantalum capacitors, monolithic capacitors, and other PMG laden materials. And the "bad = plastics, metals like aluminum, steel, Nickle, copper, ect. and other "junk" found on the pcbs. I hope this helps. Have a good day and happy recycling!
