Is this gold dinger RAM? Should I pull the Huge ceramic ICs?

Images are front and rear of the same 9” x 14” board.

High telco, do remove the steel brace and if you can easily the plastic pulls.

Ceramic chips soldered? If yes, don't remove the pins will have solder on them or you'll lose pins and lose value. If not, then yes you can pull them.

I'll look real quick to see if I can find anything but if the ceramic chips have a gold cap underneath it would jump to Gold Cap Chip Board. If I can't find anything or if you see this first and want to check, drill a small hole on the back side of the chip so you can see underneath.
