Are these considered high grade telecom even though the socketed IC chips have been removed? I would think the one with the processor looking things is high tele, but not sure about the other two? Thank you in advance

The ICs are one of the primary contributors of value in telco grades. It looks like there is lots of gold contacts where the ICs were.

I would lean high peripheral on the larger boards and low peripheral on the smaller.

The two Altera chips look ceramic. I would carefully pop those out and see if they have a gold cap. If they do, you can go gold cap chip board on it or weigh both the chips and the board and see if there's a benefit to removing one or both.

Beat me to it marked141, Check those ceramic IC socket ones for possible gold caps; they would be 386/486 class if so. Suppose they're not, still remove all the socketed ICs and put in your IC pile or separate.

I would bump the boards a little more, I feel those old sockets are better.
Boards have gold fingers on both sides too.

say , Low per/ High per on 52, Low tel 51, Low tel 53
