Hey, I'm trying finger out how to grade boards, I'm new to all this. What makes it different grades & what would be okay to remove.

Similar post recently came up in the "what is it section" of the forum regarding the board with the power supply attached.
I'm big on doing as little work to a board as I can and to me these are bordering between low and high peripheral. So I'd either chuck it in low or remove that large transformer and go with high.

To learn How to. Watch every video on the Boardsort forum. Then search internet. On escrap. You tube. Etc.
But. Your question on submission to Boardsort. I think you will find your questions answered in the Boardsort forums and escrap list. Takes time to learn. Also. What can help. Is posting in What it is? See what other escrappers opinions are. Then you evaluate your own opinion versus the forum.
Good luck. Here to learn like everybody else.
