Apparently I've never posted in this section...

To start a little info more focused on me:
Been on this site since Nov 2014 and first posted in Aug 2017 about the time I was sending my first shipment. Since then I have sent in (assuming my records are complete) 14 additional shipments. Mostly higher value items in USPS flat rate boxes but more recently a couple freight shipments including low grade boards on up through the price list. I'm a one man show and been learning as I go but did have experience in scrap metal before getting into escrap and always enjoyed taking things apart (don't ask me to put it back together :D )

Boardsort:
I have yet to encounter any issue to question doing business with Chris et al. I have encountered a couple hiccups with shipping (which is in no way the fault of Boardsort) but Chris quickly notified me of the problem which probably helped expedite fixing it. All the material sent in has been paid out exactly as I have filled out on the online quote system, credit to this site and forum for educating me, so I have not experienced any problem with material being recategorized. I did send in CPUs for testing and a few items to be tested with their XRF gun for the first time with my last shipment, everything ended up having value enough to be paid for so that was great.

Sending in another two skids hopefully this Monday that gross over a ton (net is a little less ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ ). Hopefully everything is smooth sailing.

No hiccups in shipping (which is no reflection on Boardsort aside from accepting the material) and thanks to gorven for setting that up! Unfortunately, I seem to have made a boo-boo when I submitted my invoice online. I thought for sure I selected pay by check, and didn't bother to check the printed invoice. So surprise surprise, I got a PayPal credit this afternoon. I'm almost certain this was user error but it's still sad to see PayPal cut money off the top. I sent in CPUs to test also so I did shoot Chris an email to advise if that shows PayPal too to please pay with a check instead.

Anyways, I included several assortments of gold plated pins that I tried to separate based on the visual appearance of gold and Boardsort was kind enough to scan each of those and pay at different rates based on the what was there, so yay for having that capability! I try not to pull pins so much anymore as it's time consuming.

Everything else looked correct and I'm happy with another interaction with Boardsort complete.

Chris is amazing! He followed up with me to let me know I could refund the PayPal transfer (honestly wasn't sure if that could be done) and get a check issued instead. Got that process started and I have no doubts a check will arrive soon.
