Again like the Apple boards these depend on the moment. This and the Apple memory I'd email Chris directly. I usually do for this stuff. It will all fall between telco and gold finger ram somewhere.

You've got one part in the photo with a socketed gold cap IC. Remove it. That IC would go as 8080/8086 class. Nice 8X series memory controller.

We have quite the pile of this stuff and a number of the apple and ibm boards have hard soldered porcelain processors. I call the gold bottom cpu, the gold caps are underneath or on the same side as the gold pins.

I will get photos of all of it and contact Chris. thanks
