You’re better off not cutting parts out of boards. Eg all those cd/dvd boards are worth less now, as peripheral boards and gold pin connectors.
That one board I’ve seen as glass and a thin plastic before as well as the standard pcb so if it’s glass or plastic it will be mid grade
