That depends: the photo is rather vague as well. If lot 7 is just the single rack Or the whole set of pallets to the left. Is it sata or sas, or unknown. Is there a controller unit? And an actual server included? Or is it wysiwyg?
Given the very low resolution photo here’s my thoughts: Rack in front only. Again I really can’t tell from the photo. Looks like drive cages. My guess is 6 or 8 per tray. Minus drives. Each tray is worth $10-$25 if they work. The case is another $10 or so. 16x2 on mounts so working $900-$1000 resale value in the drive cages. Looks like a simple BTX or ITXe server (SCU) up top. If it has the processor and memory, that’s another $200-$300 on the low end.
So working or fixable your at around a grand on the low end. As pure scrap? Well under $100. The cages will give you a good $1-$2 each from an aluminium mount, a backplane card, and steel frame. May or may not have copper sinks and fans. The server can pick you up $10 or so in scrap.
Frame is about $30 so as long as nobody bends it it’s a guaranteed sale. I’ve never had a rack mount posted for more than 24 hours. Everyone wants them.
If I was playing safe, I’d be at $150 and walk. Risky gambling at $500 and hope I could repair something out of it to be better than even.
Now if all those pallets are part of it we’re at a VERY different point entirely.
