Figured it had to much junk. I got to looking and is the light blue thing at top right a battery? Also am l safe to pull the socketed Ic on the bottom with the sticker and writing?

Very close call on this; I’d personally risk pulling it but my suggestion to others would be leave it on. Take that at face value.
