Here are some largeboards from high-end server equipment. Some of the heat spreaders on the boards came off with the heatsind, There are 3 boards, with front and back shown of each. The first board is a large backplane, (I think) with other boards plugging into it.

Last one clean the top of that chip to the bottom left side. Looks like it may be a gold cap—moving the board to gold cap chip board
