How can I post photos to my thread? I took photos with my phone, posted on a discussion forum, used the choose file and upload feature, but got an error message saying that my photos exceeded the 5mb limit?

Open the photo in the photo app on your phone.
Choose a o edit it and load the editor. Save the photo. This will Generally reduce the file size even without doing anything else.
