I believe these go as peripheral due to the on board power. Most Early Mac boards with a secondary power supply go as large socket.

The power board appears to be in a socket so it is has a finger on the bottom side.

Yes. It appear so. The IIc is not one I’ve dealt with directly.
Which would make it small socket
