That’s old!
Looks like a hand drawn bread board. Low grade. You may want to run the manufacturer through an ebay search (filter:sold) to see if there’s any interest. I can’t quite read the name but I’m guessing an old western or the like

is the only markings. It has 5 different input/ outputs with 10-12 wires. Weird.
