That an LTO 3 or 4? They shrunk the boards for gen 5. So this is either <5 or an out of spec size. But that’s a LOT of cache! Wondering who made it.
I have an LTO4 and am looking to upgrade eventually. Knowing someone is dumping that much cache onto boards makes a good place to start looking.

Nice old EDO sticks. Ebay would be happy to make a sale for you. ;)

Didn’t think any more LTO1s were left in the wild. They didn’t really catch on since the HP 60/90 was still available as Were seagate 120 drives.

That dell unfortunately would still be in the tablet class. SO my SUGGESTION is pop it apart.
These are fairly easy. A combination of Philips #0 and various (if I recall) Torx screws.
Boards inside range from peripheral to high telco.
