Large zip package, over 3 inch long, is this out of bounds for ic rate?

Well. Everything I have says it’s a Motorola chip but I have no actual info in it. I have the number in parts lists but no description.

They made quite a few that length, many with gold caps, but they are all about 1/4 or 1/2 the width.
I’m not sure what it is.
But it’s an IC.

Also: Pack it nicely with bubble wrap. This is one Chris may keep for his own collection. Though that doesn’t change the price.

If you don’t mind what’s it from?
