the two on the left are the same. on the four corners are gold tabs are they considered as the flat pack with gold tab? and the other one is gold on top what is that one considered as.

That’s gold cap chip board. Don’t remove anything. A gold cap chip with no pins goes as sun cpu.
The other is gold tab flat pack.
