First/Second: gold fingered card. Could go higher grade if the flashing on the back has gold in it.
Third: Cell phone board
Fourth/Fifth: peripheral
Sixth/Seventh: peripheral
Eighth: Gold finger card, but I'm curious which NES game this was. If the game was in working condition, there is still demand for retro console games.
Ninth: Gold finger card
Tenth: Gold finger card

The plastic case on the game was destroyed so have no idea what it was or if it worked.

If you think it's worth your time, you can take the ROM board into a store that sells vintage games and consoles and see if they can stick the board into a cartridge shell and insert it into a working NES. There are some games in the NES library that are highly sought after by collectors.

Probably not worth my time to test the game. I would expect it to not be working considering the shape it was in.

The nes is Zelda. Not really worth the effort.
Zelda carts are collected based on far more than the game board. The specific case is also important
