I have no idea what I am doing but am taking an opportunity to guess and see how close I am. That being said from bottom to top.
A - peripheral ( maybe make low telco)
B - midgrade or just peripheral
3 - peripheral
4 - maybe low telco
5 - peripheral with the metal taken off.
Someone that knows please help out.
