What arw the grades of these boards? Some of them are blank and some of them are unfinished.
For the board that is in the last photo I have some that are missing the chips on one side, but have a few surface mounted components on the back (never finished). So what would the grade be? I can post a picture later if needed.
Do these have any resale value other than scrap?
