Dual large socket, backplane, peripheral, gold cap chip board.

If socketed, you should be able to remove the chip by sliding a flat head screwdriver underneath the chip and carefully twisting the screwdriver, and going around all the sides of the chip, it should come out.

almost positive the cpu is socketed. not so sure the pins are gold obviously if gold pined it would be gold cap foreign.
if not it would be a call for chris. probably pentium mac ceramic.
