Still trying to get the hang of grading boards.
Would this be high grade peripheral ?
Better ? Worse ?

I'd actually go low telco here.
It's marked up as being a full layered board. two TLCNANDs, the 9200, compact IC population. Looks like it just makes it into low telco.

looks like a high end RPi competitor, making it a very heavy version of a tablet. borderline but i'll call it low telco.
