Do I leave the two smaller boards attached to the main board? Attached or not, what is the board classified as? Thank you!!

I would guess that it would go as High Grade Telecom with the smaller boards left on. I'm not sure what grade it would be without them.

leaving the roms in the sockets it's high telco with or without the vertical boards.

remove the ICs AND the vertical boards and 5 is low telco.
