My guess is

41. Gold cap chip board ( chips are soldered)
39. High peripheral
38 high peripheral
37. Low peripheral

Here's my guess:

41) Gold Cap Chip Board
39) High Grade Peripheral
38) Low Grade Peripheral
37) Low Grade Peripheral

Brown boards very rarely get High Grade Peripheral.

39 is a bit of a fluke.
I'm debating and flip flopping between high and low peripheral. It's definitely peripheral. ;)

it's a junk board. no doubt. etching (I'm guessing it's actually rear etched?) ant not paths.
but that's really good IC population on a board SO lite and thin. plus the three dip switches? add two gold pin ports.
I'd go ahead and toss this in high peripheral. after a long personal debate with my own brain.
