You need to pull those bars off if you can.
The only one I feel comfortable calling high telco is the second board on left with the red and black locks. The rest is hard call for me, I think high peripheral but they do resemble some low telco in the general pictures Chris / Boardsort has posted as a guide.

I'm in the same boat as rdw. but here are my thoughts.

Top left I don't think can make it past high peripheral.
Top right, middle right and bottom I'm just not sure but I think are at least high peripheral but could be higher.
Middle left has the IC population for high telco.

I think those bars are plastic (hard to be sure with the picture quality) but should still come off the boards.

What would have to be done to these boards to be considered GFCC? As all of them have good gold fingers on them.

I've removed the plastic bars. I would say the top left would be low telco at least, given it is the exact same kind of phone interface (different form factor) as what Chris has posed for Low Telecom.

I'm also curious if I pulled for plastic bars and the plastic locking tabs would these qualify for GFCC at minimum?
