Looks like a server board.

I see two RAM slots, two PCMI slots, perhaps two CPUs with heat sink compound still on them.

High Telco is $5.75lb
Large Multi Socket Server Motherboard $5.75lb. Which to me, is what that board looks to be.

Wipe the white heat sink compound from the two CPUs to get an idea as to what they are.

Perhaps someone with more knowledge than I can clarify if you retake the photo with the CPUs cleaned up?

So, I think you're left in high telco which is the same price anyways...

Any extraneous metal should probably come off still. I can't tell exactly what all is there. Looks like 4 U shaped heatsinks at least, maybe a little more?
