Would these cisco boards be considered high telecomm

These cisco boards should be high telecomm.. Right.. And would they be even though the jacks are fused to the board.. Is there enough on the boards to overcome this?? Hi

I am still kind of a newb on here so take this for what it is worth, but I had boards almost identical to these and Chris said that they were H-Telco with the ports attached to the boards. Good luck Hammer. Oh ya, you might want to try to remove all the excess metal on those ports if possible. It's a pain, but I think it helps with the grade. Mal.
