The purple ceramic, gold pin IC is RAM manufactured by Fujitsu.
Going with foreign gold cap, gold pin only because I see a bit of gold in two of the corners under the heat spreader.

The XILINX IC is a Field Programmable Gate Array. I don’t see gold BGA nor a gold corner. I’m thinking standard IC or flatpack, could be wrong on that one. Maybe Lost or someone else can confirm.

The black in the board side of chip signifies it is not a flip chip.
