As is I'd be debating just throwing it in low grade. But if you can trim the wires, remove the aluminum heatsinks and pull the black plastic wire clamps (they should just slide off the posts) there may be room to get it into low peripheral, post another picture after you do that so we can double check.

Those are capacitors. Typically they're made of aluminum. I generally don't remove them to avoid the local scrap yard giving me funny looks. Up to you whether you remove them or not if you can recycle them. If they stay on I'm leaning back toward midgrade at best.
