Back plane high telco?
Can this be split in half for back plane and high telco?

From what's visible, you're at least at low telco, which is better than backplane but less than high Telco.

Is there anything on the back?
Are the pins in the ports visible to see if they're gold plated or not?

Nothing on the back. But it has 7 gold plated leg ic chips.

I was hoping there might be some additional ICs on the back so I could just outright say high telco.

Gold plated pins may or may not add much value to an IC chip. I don't know enough about that to say. But if the pins in the slots are gold plated I think there's a better chance it could push the board up to high telco. Hopefully someone with a little more experience than me will see this and give you a more definite answer.
