a couple years ago, I tweezered out a hearing aid circuit board, which was tiny, and posted a snarkism about trying to get rich by cornering the market with these boards, which probably would have taken 5000 to make an ounce. Fortunately wiser heads than mine, at least some stuffed with knowledge than sausages and sauerkraut, namely Lost, pointed out that some of these tiny boards actually had a value of maybe $200, as some were worth reusing and putting in new aids for a new patient. Well that was fun while it lasted, those dreams of making millions from "nothing". But I am bored today, and dismantled a broken Timex Expedition I had found. Yep, a plastic form core, and aluminum face, and a nice little circuit board, all a glitter with gold flash and even two or three gold plated pins for the battery connection. This circular board has a couple components on the front and a nice design pattern on the blank back. Again, it will probably take a few hundred of these to make an ounce, but even the tiny deserve to be classified. Probably will not sell it as e-scrap as I envision incorporating it into a piece of steampunk/techie epoxy jewelry. (Glitch, unable to get photos to load, program on computer unresponsive at the moment.)
