Good day everyone:
I was curious what this part is on circuit boards. I see them frequently but can't tell what they are unlike a few other components that are easy.

Thanks for your help. Just wasn't sure if it was worth removing as it's own category. Still a novice on grading.

Second question for anybody who may be able to help. If I cut the board roughly in half with a pair of wire cutters (Removing transformers and leaving only what is located on the left side, what would that be graded as?... Id also cut off the two capacitors

Low peripheral if trimmed, midgrade if not trimmed
