This is a backplane board.

A backplane board is a board with mostly slot connectors.

I concur; I read back through about 5 years of similiar posts and it's at minimum backplane. Those chips may get you an upgrade as high as low telco once boardsort has it, but don't count on it.

The two CPUs and all the tantalum capacitors seem like they should bring the class up from backplane. If you have several of those it's worth sending an email to Boardsort. If you only have the one just send it and see if it gets an upgrade.

Yup I saw that and numerous similar boards that mostly stayed in backplane.
