Could be high telecom, but not a lot of IC per inch of board. What class do you think?

I'd lean high peripheral, just don't think there's enough for low telco.

I was thinking exactly the same thing marked. Just not quite enough population here. It's close I think but I would have to say High Grade Periph. In cases like this the best thing to do is group it with your HGP and hope it gets upgraded. Most of the time they (BoardSort) is really good at this. Good luck.

Right. I have delivered in person to Boardsort and it is amazing that they can quickly go thru a box and pick out the two or three boards that have just the slightest difference and add it to the upgraded box.

That's great to hear! I am getting to the boxes of boards that are not easy to classify like GFCs and motherboards so each one has me scratching my head.
