I'm not sure if these could be considered Gold Finger Cards.

I think #2 has enough ICs to go high telco so it doesn't really matter.

#1 only has the one IC and the fingers so I can't see that justifying the price for Clean GFC, maybe high peripheral; I suggest emailing Chris if nobody else offers an opinion.
