First group, I don't know if the IC population is high enough to be graded as high grade telecom. The one on the right is probably a gold finger card.

Second group, the top 2 look like gold finger cards to me. The third and fourth seem like backplane, but might jump into low grade telecom.

I still have a hard time classifying these types of boards because I am not sure of my opinion. Maybe someone with more experience will chime in.
