I have about 20 of these. Some are IBM and some are this company.

Can you tell me what I have? Most escrap companies wanted me to have more than 20 to offset shipping.

Looks like an ibm deskstar. Pre Hitachi. With someone else's label slapped on it.
Remove the board for boardsort (hard disk board)

The rest of the drive you could sell as is to most scrap yards for #2 aluminium.
Shipping them.whole is a lost cause costs more than they're worth

Depending on who your metal buyers are, it may be worth the effort to break the drive down. Many of the shells are aluminum, but the top that covers the platters and actuator arm appears to be stainless steel.
