1) I don't know if this qualifies as gold edge (newer category not sure exactly what can make it) but low telco at least
2) Unless there's something on the other side to downgrade it I'd go high peripheral
3-4) Sure
5) I was trying to find a previous post with a game controller but couldn't find what I wanted. I want to say high peripheral but if you want to play it safe it could go low peripheral, or wait for others' input.
