I think the boards in the first pic would be peripheral high grade, but it looks like there are some extra parts that can be unscrewed. The second pic is gold finger card with bracket. Remove the bracket for an upgrade to gold finger card without bracket.

Right, on the first set if any of those steel boxes have a lid that can be removed do that and the large plastic box, if it can be removed without pulling off anything from the board, get that. If that piece that splits into three prongs and sticks up from the board is steel I'd probably pull it and the aluminum heatsinks if they pull off easy. If they start to rip the chip off just leave it be.

Second set I'll just point out if your removing the standoff screws to get the bracket off, check to see if they're steel or brass (occasionally aluminum or similar metal) if you're pulling a bunch of GFC's brackets might as well keep the brass separated out.
