I am guessing a mix of high and low peripheral.
A has 2 of one card and a third that is similar.
B has two of each config, top and bottom.
C is three similar cards, first to are flipped.
D-F Varied accy boards from a Lenovo L420 laptop <--The model info is to remind me later.

It might be easier to classify if you grouped similar boards together. I think several of your posts have boards like group C. I think they could be high grade periph if the have a few IC on them.

The parts in group A look like floppy or CD drive parts.

A is from an optical drive, yes. Grouping is what I was going for in this post. A, B, E and F are identical boards flipped, C and D are very similar. and Yes C has some IC's.
