I remember a discussion where it was said that older Apple motherboards fall into the large socket or laptop motherboard class, but I can't find that thread now. A few things have me stumped on this board. First, it is from 2005 so that doesn't fall into the "older" class from the 80s or 90s. Second, it's blue so that might put it in the colored motherboard class.

As you can see in this post the green Apple motherboards fall into laptop motherboard.

But in this topic it seems that colored Apple motherboards are all lumped together.

I'm going to say that is a "Small Plastic or Metal Socket COLOR Motherboard"

Mind you it has nothing to do with Chris and boardsort.
Chris is very much aware if the technology and that some of the rules just suck.
But he needs to do what his buyers say with some rules they have.

I could (and did on a live stream once) stand here and rattle off a few hundred very high end coloured boards.

As I’ve said before there is never a reason to /not/ ask and if you don’t like /our/ answer here, absolutely contact Chris!
Email and phone number are posted for contact.

In reality my general perception is one single board isn’t worth my going out of the way.
If you have 10 pounds or 20? I assure you I’m calling to confirm. Emailing photos to Chris, et Al. Etc
