The first board is a small socket green motherboard. If I were you I would trim the fingers off this board. It won't effect the value either way. Meaning it's not worth more with the fingers and not worth less without them. Board 2, from what I can see, yes high grade periph. Board 3 (TV components) again, from what I can see, it would be high grade periph. The last board, and this is where I really don't like how you photographed these, I would consider low grade telco. The problem is you need to photograph the whole board, front and back, in good lighting so we can see what you really have. Bad pics get you a bad assessment. Good luck.

The last one looks like one from a Verifone Tranz terminal, I've taken apart a few of those but I'm not sure if they would be high perhipheral or low telecom.
