The silver one is aluminum but what is the dark one?

I scrap the aluminum Capacitors but I have no idea what the darker of the two dielectrics are, the grey/silver
is aluminum but I have no idea what the dark one is. The grey acts like aluminum when crushed and the dark color is quite brittle. Does anyone know of this? It would be nice to toss the Caps in the Aluminium pile except the scrap yard does not like any product that goes pop.
