Im not sure if they're foreign or the 8086. I doubt that they're double sided even though there is a gold top and bottom. Im not sure what to classify these as. Also I have some amd 586. Would the 586 still be classified as the 386? Please and thank you!

My guess would be "LSI, NEC, Foreign Gold Cap".

The AMD 586 would probably be "AMD Ceramic No Metal".
