I recently "refound" this chip. Ordinarily I would say "no pin". Don;t remember what it came from, but it wound up in a plastic container that got left out in the rain for a while. It has gold circle contacts on normal/heavy thick brown ceramic, with a metal gold color cap with an eprom looking window, which is a mirror surface . Some of the gold dot s came loose from the back.

DLP ceramic. They come out of projectors and projector tv’s
