That's where I would put it *after* removing the detachable IC chips and putting them in a container for later ($8.00/lb vs $3.90). Also remove the Dallas Switch, put it with miscellaneous batteries (be prepared to *pay* to dispose of Dallas switches and lithium button batteries).
